Getting ready for Christmas break

Fifth Grade band concert. Love that Maddie is playing my old clarinet!

Benefit of being a little brother -you get to attend your brother's 2nd grade holiday party.

And have your own party too!

And then on your day off, mom drags you on a 12 stop errand run. Hello, holidays!

Girl Scouts visit The Boston Globe

I love the newspaper. The ritual of it arriving on my walkway each morning, scanning the front page, the kids reading the comics and sports, the days when you can sit and read the entire edition cover to cover, it's such a small delight. Planning a Girl Scout field trip to The Boston Globe is a dream come true. And it did not disappoint! We saw the plant where the paper is printed, a newsroom and all the details that go into producing a world class paper each day.
