 Happy Easter! A beautiful weekend, shared with Grandpa. 

Dying eggs

Church Saturday Easter festival. I had to work a booth and Maddie was such a help. She stayed with me most of the time handing out goodies after the kids did the egg hunt.

Dinner at Casa Portugal (the night before). It was such a blessing to have Doug visit. I ended up coming down with a nasty bug and he saved me by jumping into Grandpa mode. 

Golden Birthday

I'd never heard of a Golden Birthday before until Libby mentioned it. Seems like it was Theo's turn to celebrate his Golden (same age as your birthdate). He loved it! 

It was a fun filled weekend with a day off on his actual day (Good Friday) with a special trip to the Children's Museum, Grandpa coming to visit and his party the following day (pictures to follow later).

Dancing to Arthur at the Children's Museum. I was very chill and let the kids dictate how long we stayed - four hours later....

Both of my boys love the ball room. Theo was intent on making a structure but grew frustrated when the boy next to him kept aligning things incorrectly.

He could have spent all day in the three story climbing structure. 

A new bike! Discovered first thing in the morning to allow for a pre breakfast bike ride with Daddy.

Freeze Dance Champ

Look who won a sparkly golden pencil from the music teacher today for being the freeze dance champion! He was so excited. And best of all, he stayed frozen after I took this picture (and he'd freeze periodically throughout the day, it was classic).
